Our Services

We specialize in virtual services that support Deaf/Hard of Hearing students, families navigating special education, and educators or organizations striving for inclusion. Each offering is grounded in evidence-based practice, lived experience, and a deep commitment to access and equity.

Virtual Deaf Education

Currently Serving West Virginia (more states pending)

We provide direct, individualized instruction for students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Whether your child receives services through an IEP or is homeschooled, we tailor instruction to match their communication mode, learning goals, and strengths.

Our services include:

  • Direct instruction in academic content and/or language development

  • Evaluations to support IEP teams in determining needs

  • Compensatory services for missed or inadequate service delivery

  • Extended School Year (ESY) instruction to prevent regression

  • Family and team consultation to ensure access and progress

Sessions are fully virtual and flexible to meet your child’s needs and your schedule.

Consultation

We partner with schools, districts, and businesses to improve accessibility and build inclusive environments for individuals with sensory disabilities.

Our consultation services include:

  • Best practices in Deaf Education and sensory supports

  • Accessibility audits and recommendations for physical and digital spaces

  • Disability awareness training for educators, administrators, or staff

  • Support for inclusive program development

These services can be scheduled as one-time consultations, ongoing support, or professional development packages.

Advocacy

Navigating the special education system can be overwhelming — but you don’t have to do it alone. We walk alongside families to provide guidance, clarity, and confidence at every step of the process.

Advocacy support includes:

  • Review of evaluations, IEPs, and documentation

  • Preparation for and participation in IEP or 504 meetings

  • Education on parent and student rights under IDEA and Section 504

  • Empowerment-focused support to help families advocate beyond our services

We center the student’s strengths, needs, and voice in every conversation.

Homeschool Support

Families choosing to homeschool children with sensory disabilities deserve access to the same expertise and support available in traditional school settings. We offer customized virtual services to make that possible.

Our homeschool services include:

  • Deaf education instruction tailored to your child’s goals

  • Curriculum support and planning, including accessible materials

  • Parent coaching and virtual teaching strategies for home use

  • Progress monitoring and documentation to support accountability

Whether you’re just starting your homeschool journey or seeking specialized guidance, we’re here to help your child grow and succeed.
